Consultation on the RSGB’s future direction
The Board worked with strategy expert Chris Deacon, G4IFX, the Leadership Team, Regional Team, Committee Chairs, Honorary Officers and HQ staff to develop a strategy for the next five years.
The draft strategy was publicised and we asked for feedback. That consultation process has now closed. Useful suggestions were incorporated into the new strategy which was launched at the 2017 AGM
