Internal Fire Museum of Power

Located in Ceredigion, Wales, Internal Fire Museum of Power is offering RSGB members a 50% entry fee discount.

Let us know you want to visit Internal Fire Museum of Power and the date you will be going. You will need to show the voucher on arrival at the museum, either on your phone or as a printed copy.

Founded in 2003, the museum’s primary focus was large diesel engines. Working telephone exchanges were added soon, followed by a radio collection. Other exhibitions include the steam hall and motorcycle collection. In 2022 a new building was opened, which displays the inner working of lighthouses, and houses a demonstration thermodynamics lab. The museum’s exhibits are maintained in working order and can be seen to be functioning daily.
