The Board proceedings from 2025 are now back online.

The rest of the archive—proceedings from 2017 to 2024—will be back online shortly.

We are working to restore access to the Bletchley Park free admission vouchers scheme, the partner museum admittance discount scheme, and online NoV applications.

Unfortunately, a number of technical challenges have been caused by the updates to our server platform, and this work is taking longer than anticipated.

In the meantime, if you need urgent access to either one of the voucher schemes, please post a ticket on the RSGB IT Helpdesk.

Our apologies once again for any continuing inconvenience.

The front page new stories are now available again on the main RSGB portal.

We are also now working to restore the Bletchley Park free admission vouchers scheme, the partner museum admittance discount scheme, access to Board proceedings, and online NoV applications.

The planning advice booklet is now available again.

The website search function and the login widgit in the RSGB banner heading have now been restored.

Following the recent server work, a fix to address issues in a number of programs we use to provide some of our online services is currently under development and will go the testing stage shortly.

As each service completes the testing process and sign off, we will make an announcement as soon as it’s back online.

Again, our sincere apologies for the continuing disruption to services.

UPDATE 19:30 07/05/2026

The web server involved in this week’s issues is now up-and-running and is undergoing tests.

But several programs we use to provide our services need to be modified and then tested on the updated server environment.

As each service completes the testing process and sign off, we will make an announcement as soon as it’s back online.

We appreciate progress is slow and that the situation is causing inconvenience for members.

Progress has been made on the issue affecting our web server and testing of the fix will begin shortly.

If performance is satisfactory, we will immediately start reintroducing the affected services.

Our IT team and contractors are currently working as quickly as they can to restore access to the online services listed below and we will update this post as soon as there are any new developments.

  • All NoVs (except those handled by ETCC)

  • Club Finder and Course and Exam Finder

  • Brickworks locator map and club applications

  • Planning permission advice booklet

  • Club insurance documents

  • QSL submanagers list
