To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of becoming a member of the Council of Europe on 9 November 1995, The Council of Europe Radio Amateur Club, TP2CE, in cooperation with the Amateur Radio Operators of Macedonia, will put Z38CE on the air between 7 and 13 November. QSL via F5LGF.
