The A.R.I. Fidenza Radio Club is operating today, the 8 June, as IY4RXO. The station is active to raise awareness of the historical value of Guglielmo Marconi’s steam yacht ‘Elettra’. Members of The James Clerk Maxwell Radio Society will be active with special callsign GB2JCM, from Parton Kirk near Castle Douglas in Dumfriesshire, on the 14 and 15 June.
