Members of the Grassroots Amateur Radio Club in Newfoundland, Canada will be active as VO1TAP until Tuesday, 18 March. The callsign is active to mark the anniversary of the USS Truxton and USS Pollux naval disaster that occurred off the coast of Newfoundland on 18 February 1942.
