On Sunday, 29 October 2017, at 2am, the UK reverts to Greenwich Mean Time, or UTC, by going back one hour to 1am.

This marks the official end of British summertime.

The mornings will also be lighter, however the evenings will be darker but better for AM DX.

Sunday, 25 March 2018 is when the clocks will go forward again at 1am and British Summer Time begins.
