ARISS proposals sought

| August 26, 2016

The Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) program is seeking proposals from schools and formal or informal educational institutions and organisations to host amateur radio contacts next year with ISS crew members.

The window to accept proposals opens on 1 September 2016 and the deadline to submit a proposal is the 1 November 2016.

ARISS anticipates that contacts will take place between July and December 2017.

Crew scheduling and ISS orbits will determine the exact contact dates.

You can apply to host a contact on the ARISS website.
