UPDATE 13.30 – 14.11.2019

We are pleased to announce that following the technical issues we experienced last week and earlier this week, that the RSGB Shop has now returned to the domain.

All your bookmarked URLs and links from the search engines will now work as usual.

If you have changed any bookmarks or hyperlinks to the backup domain, please now change them back to

The site will be retained as backup in case of future issues but will not be updated or monitored in the meantime.

We apologize again for any inconvenience caused by these issues.


UPDATE 18.34 – 08.11.2019

We are pleased to announce the RSGB Shop is back online and ready to take orders.

We are currently using the URL for the Shop—please only use the links on the website main menu while we update the rest of the site.

If you do not get to the Shop right away, please try again later as the new domain may still be propagating through DNS.

We will restore the domain in due course.

We have now taken the RSGB Shop site offline for continuing essential maintenance, and are currently waiting for some settings to update.

Our sincere apologies for the ongoing issue with placing orders on the RSGB Shop.

Our technical team and a third party service provider are doing all they can to try and resolve this situation as soon as possible.

There is an ongoing issue with placing orders on the RSGB Shop.

On clicking the Order button under an item, the request does not go through and times out.

We are currently looking into this problem, and apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
