South Bristol Amateur Radio Club supports GOTA2C

| May 6, 2020

Thank you to members of South Bristol ARC who are supporting GOTA2C through all their current activities.

As well as posting details about the campaign on the club website they have also sent details to their club members via email and shared it on the Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn channels.

They’ve created a temporary homepage banner following the “Thank you NHS” rainbow theme including the hashtag #gota2c and linking to the ‘Get on the air to care’ RSGB webpage

To keep in touch they’ve started a Thursday evening net to replace their usual face-to-face meeting and are running a number of JITSI-MEET training sessions for the four current students on the Foundation Course.

On the club’s web page they’re sharing details of all the nets in Regional 11 that they know about. So if you live in Region 11 – or even if you don’t! – take a look and see how you could chat to the South Bristol ARC club members on the air.

Thanks to Andy Jenner, G7KNA (South Bristol ARC Hon Sec) for this info.
