Cray Valley Radio Society, located in Eltham London SE9, has two places left on its next face-to-face Full licence training course. It will be run over three days at the end of October and early November. Potential candidates are advised to apply quickly via the website under the training tab. Hastings Electronics and Radio Club has a daily net on 144.575MHz from 10am. On Monday there is a CW net from 8pm on 28.055MHz depending on conditions. At 8.30pm the net moves to 29.200MHz FM for some telephony. Non-CWers are welcome to join in for that part of the evening.
