We start with a reminder from Newbury and District Amateur Radio Society that the 2020 Newbury Radio Rally has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bedford and District Amateur Radio Club runs a daily net from 2pm around 3.748MHz. Saturday, Sunday and Thursday see a DX net from 2.30pm around 14.329MHz. Monday to Saturday see a Zoom meeting from 10.30am accompanying a net around 3.748MHz or 7.068MHz. Monday also sees a net from 7pm around 3.748MHz or 7.068MHz. Tuesday sees a CW net from 7pm on 3.528MHz plus a Zoom meeting. Wednesday sees a net from 2pm around 3.748MHz, then a net from 7pm around 3.748MHz or 7.068MHz. Colchester Radio Amateurs has an open net on 144.163MHz from 9.30pm on Sundays and Mondays. On Tuesday there’s an open net on 433.425MHz FM from 7pm, then an open net on 1.920MHz from 8pm. Felixstowe and District Amateur Radio Society has an open net every Sunday from 10am on 145.400MHz. James, M1TES chairs a Monday and Thursday Stay Safe Stay Alert net at 7.30pm via GB3YL, a repeater managed by the Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth Repeater Group. He has been overwhelmed by the support received with around 20 stations calling in each evening.
