We start with a request by Selim, M0XTA, who is looking for amateurs who live in Hammersmith or elsewhere in West London to help find a suitable venue for his planned new Hammersmith Amateur Radio Society, M0XHS. Loughton and Epping Forest Amateur Radio Society is still taking registrations for its Foundation training course taking place over the weekend of 16 and 17 September. The course fee of £27.50 includes two days tuition, sitting the Foundation Exam and membership of the club for a year. It takes place at All Saints House in Chigwell Rise Hainault, Essex.
