Aberkenfig and District Amateur Radio Club has its weekly meeting on Wednesday from 7pm at Tondu Railway Club, Station Approach, Bridgend. The club station is active most nights working SSB, SSTV and FT8. Brian, GW4DVB, info@aberkenfigradioclub.co.uk.

Carmarthen Amateur Radio Society is holding its Traditional Christmas Dinner on Tuesday the 6th of December. This is a pre-booked members and partners only function being held from 6.45pm onwards. The dress code is Smart Casual. As a result, there will be no 2m FM net on GB3FG that evening. But the regular Wednesday evening 70cm FM net on GB3CM will be held from 7.30pm, and the 2m FM net on GB3FG on Thursday evening will also be held from 8pm.
