News for Wales – 24 April 2022
On Sundays Newport Amateur Radio Society has an HF net around 3.705MHz at 10am. On Tuesday there’s a VHF net on 145.375MHz from 8pm. Thursday sees a Club House and Zoom meetings from 7 to 9pm. Visit the website.
Barry Amateur Radio Society meet every Tuesday at 7.30pm in the Sully Sports and Social Club. On Wednesday there is a net on 144.550MHz FM at 8pm and on Friday there is a Zoom meeting at 7pm. Contact Steve, 2W0VOG on 0790 056 0080.
Carmarthen ARS are holding four regular nets this week. Tuesday and Thursday see 2m FM nets via GB3FG at 8pm. On Wednesday there is a 70cm net via GB3CM at 7.30pm. On Sunday the 1st of May, there is an 80m SSB net starting at 2.30pm. Andy, GW0JLX on 07768 282 880.
