We start with a reminder from Solihull ARS that the Midlands Inter-Club GMT Activity contest continues this Sunday, and on subsequent Sundays. Activity is between 10am and midday, on or around 145.450MHz FM. Full details at solihullradioclub.co.uk/award.

Burton Amateur Radio Club has its net from 10am this Sunday and next Sunday on 145.575MHz. Wednesday sees an open club night and on Thursday there’s an open net from 8pm on 145.575MHz. Details from Rob, G6EIH, on 0781 214 6333.

Coventry Amateur Radio Society has nets on Monday on 145.375MHz FM and 7.175MHz SSB, both at 8pm. Wednesday sees a DMR net on talk group 2345974 from 8.30pm and on Thursday there’s a net on 50.175MHz SSB from 7pm. Gloucester Amateur Radio and Electronics Society has a talk on Monday by Peter Chadwick, G3RZP, on the work of the IARU. On Wednesday there’s a club net from 7.30pm on 145.475MHz FM.
