We start with clubs that have several events this week.

South Birmingham Radio Society has a club stand at the Wythall Hamfest this Sunday, and will be unloading the trailer on Monday. Midland Amateur Radio Society has a club table at Wythall Hamfest this Sunday. Wednesday sees a general meeting with training classes and the shack on the air. Details from Norman, G8BHE, on 0780 807 8003.

Wythall Radio Club is holding the Wythall Hamfest at its HQ this Sunday from 9.30am. Sunday night and next Sunday sees the club net from 8pm on 145.225MHz or GB3WL. Coventry Amateur Radio Society has nets on Monday from 8pm on 145.375MHz FM and 7.175MHz SSB. On Wednesday there’s a DMR net on talk group 2345974 from 8.30pm. Thursday sees a net from 7pm on 50.175MHz SSB and on Friday it’s the club project. Contact John, G8SEQ, on 0795 877 7363.

Gloucester Amateur Radio and Electronics Society is having informal activities on Monday. There’s a club net on Wednesday from 7.30pm on 145.475MHz FM, and another on Thursday from 7.30pm, also on 145.475MHz FM, which usually moves to 80m SSB. Leicester Radio Society has a Morse class on Monday followed by a prize quiz by G0IJM. The Foundation course starts on Wednesday, alongside the ongoing Intermediate course. The club call will be on 4m on Thursday for the club calls contest, then the shack will be buzzing next Saturday and Sunday for the 24 hour UKEICC Contest.
