We start with an announcement by Chesterfield & North Derbyshire ARS that they will be holding a Foundation training course and exam on consecutive Saturdays in February. It will take place on 7, 14 and 21 February from 9.30am to 4pm at Staveley Community Fire Station Community Rooms, near Chesterfield. Some places are still available, and distance learning candidates are welcome to join in just for the exam. Wythall Radio Club has its club net on 145.225MHz at 8pm tonight and next Sunday. The Tuesday Morse class is at 7.45pm, followed by a visit from RSGB Regional Manager Martyn, G3UKV at 8.30.
