GB3NT located on Sheriff Hill, Gateshead, has excellent coverage. It has been accessed from Northumberland National Park to the North, and from North York Moors National Park to the South. This means it is known to be entirely possible to have a QSO on 70cm from Otterburn to Osmotherly! The repeater keeper is keen to encourage more use of the repeater. If you are out on the hills with your hand-held, why not call on GB3NT or just add it to the memory scan monitoring feature on your rig. You may arrange for a sked, or provide repeater access reports, via hw1900radio@gmail.com
