Following the sad news of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the RSGB recommends that anyone attending amateur radio club meetings or events, particularly on Monday, should check before travelling

The Online Radio Club has a virtual radio club night at 7:30pm every Thursday via Zoom. It is suitable for all radio enthusiasts regardless of individual skill level. Go to the website for the meeting link. onlineradioclub.org.

Houghton-Le-Spring Amateur Radio Club has an SSTV net on Sundays from 8pm on 144.700MHz FM. Monday and Wednesday see Morse tuition & practice from 8pm on 144.700MHz FM. On Tuesday there’s a meeting from 6pm at Dubmire Royal British Legion Club. Thursday sees a CW net on 144.060MHz from 8.30pm.
