On Tuesday, Hartlepool Amateur Radio Club has a club net on 433.550MHz from 8pm. To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, the club will be using the callsign MQ0IDZ each Friday in June at club meetings from 7pm at Hartlepool Scout Centre, TS25 1JW. The club will be active on the HF, VHF and UHF bands and would appreciate contacts with other stations. On Sunday the club will operate as MQ0IDZ/P from close to the recently restored Elephants Rock Outdoor events space on Hartlepool Headland again using the HF, VHF and UHF bands.
