Bury Radio Society has nets on Sundays at 6pm and Thursdays at 8pm, beginning on 144.550MHz FM. All are welcome. Today, the club will be participating in Prestwich Clough Day at St Mary’s Flower Garden, Bury. The event takes place between 12 noon and 5pm. Visit the club’s stand to see GB5PCE in action. Central Lancs Amateur Radio Club has its CQ and brew open net most afternoons from 2.30pm around 70.450MHz FM. Saturdays and Sundays see an open net from 11am on 1.940MHz.

Houghton-Le-Spring Amateur Radio Club has an SSTV net on Sundays from 8pm on 144.700MHz FM. Monday and Wednesday see Morse tuition & practice from 8pm on 144.700MHz FM. On Tuesday there’s a meeting from 6pm at Dubmire Royal British Legion Club. Thursday sees a CW net on 144.060MHz from 8.30pm. Durham and District Amateur Radio Society has a net on 50.575MHz at 7pm today and next Sunday. On Monday there is a net on 70.35MHz at 7pm. There is a club meeting every Wednesday from 6pm.
