With the gradual easing of lockdown restrictions, we are now increasingly including meeting details, where we know them. However, this information should be regarded as tenuous at best, and we strongly advise you to check with organisers well before travelling. Above all, please observe any national or local restrictions, including social distancing.

Chester and District Radio Society has a net from noon on Sundays, beginning on 145.500MHz. Tuesday sees a net from 3pm around 3.605MHz and on Friday there’s a net beginning on 144.330MHz at 9.30pm. Contact Bruce, M0CVP, on 01244 343 825.

Denby Dale Amateur Radio Society has daily nets from 9.30am on 145.575MHz. Sundays see a net GB3HD at 10.30am. On Wednesday there’s an online meeting with the Long Island CW Club at 7.30pm. Contact Gerald, G3SDY, on 01484 602 905

South Manchester Radio and Computer Club has daily course and Morse tuition available via Skype and email. There’s a net on Sundays from 10.30am around 3,637kHz and on Wednesday a net from 8pm on 51.530MHz. Thursday sees a net from 8pm around 145.475MHz. For details, email chairman@smrcc.org.uk.

Isle of Man Amateur Radio Society has a net around 3.715MHz from 9.30am on Sundays, followed by a net on the GB3IM repeater network at 11.30am, after the GB2RS News. The weekly meeting at Ballsalla is on Wednesday from 7.30pm, alongside a net on GB3IM for those unable to attend. For details, email info@iomars.im.

Following the latest government advice, the Wakefield and District Radio Society intend to resume their meetings at 7pm on Friday, 10 July and to continue on Friday evenings until further notice. They will continue to run the 2E0IPC Memorial Net on 144.600MHz FM every Sunday from 10:15, but the Friday night open net will cease to operate.
