We start with news from clubs that have several events this week.

This Sunday and next Sunday Denby Dale Radio Club has its net on GB3HD from 10.30am. Next Saturday and Sunday they are also participating in the IOTA contest from Holy Island. More from Darran, G0BWB, on 0797 442 3227.

Oldham Radio Club celebrates the RAF’s 100 years special event this Sunday with Royton ATC, then holds a D-Star net on REF 14B. Wednesday sees their 2m FM net from 8pm, and on Thursday there’s a construction night and Intermediate course. Next Sunday they have a C4FM net, FCS004-55 from 9.30am. Wirral Amateur Radio Society is having a natter night on Tuesday from 7pm together with registration for the Foundation course. Wednesday sees a curry night, 7.30 for 8pm.
