On Sundays, Appledore and District Amateur Radio Club has a net on 1.860MHz from 9.30am, followed by an SSB net on 144.260MHz at 10.30am. The Club has weekday nets taking place from 4pm on 145.450MHz, except Wednesday when the net moves to 144.260MHz between 8 and 9pm. Stevenage and District Amateur Radio Society meets every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm at the Stevenage Resource Centre, Chells Way, Stevenage SG2 0LT. Free tea, coffee and biscuits are provided for all attending. A club net is usually organised each Tuesday evening from 8pm on 145.450MHz. Another net is held on Thursday evenings on the 80m band, close to 3.727MHz, using the club callsign G3SAD. The GB7SV repeater has moved from its previous home to a more-elevated location southwest of Hitchin. The repeater currently operates Yaesu System Fusion so both FM and C4FM modes can be used. The Stevenage Repeater Group, which owns and runs GB7SV, has taken the opportunity to significantly upgrade the repeater and the coverage is reported to be significantly better. The Group would like to get a feel for how well it is working so it is inviting and encouraging all radio amateurs to use the repeater and send reports either through its Facebook page or by email to g6yiq.m5aio@gmail.com  If sending in a report, please quote your location, mode used, power and antenna details.

On Sundays, Torbay Amateur Radio Society has nets on 14.270MHz at 9.30am and 145.575MHz at 12pm. On Monday, there are nets on 3.663MHz at 10.30am, 1.982MHz at 8pm and 50.155MHz at 8.30pm. Tuesday sees members meeting at 7.30pm, followed by a net on 3.663MHz from 9.15pm. On Wednesday, the Society has nets on 14.270MHz from 9.30am and on 3.663MHz from 10.30am.
