Following the sad news of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, the RSGB recommends that anyone attending amateur radio club meetings or events should check before travelling.

The Online Radio Club has a virtual radio club night at 7:30pm every Thursday via Zoom. It is suitable for all radio enthusiasts regardless of individual skill level. Go to the website for the meeting link.

Flight Refuelling Amateur Radio Society has a club night on Sundays at 7pm. The club is open on Wednesday from 7pm. Thursday sees nets at 7pm on 70.400MHz and 8pm on 145.3875MHz. Sue, M0PSZ, info@frars.co.uk

On Sundays Appledore & District Amateur Radio Club has a net on 1.860MHz from 9.30am, followed by an SSB net on 144.260MHz. The club has weekday nets taking place from 4pm on 145.450MHz except Wednesday when the net moves to 144.260MHz between 8 and 9pm. Jersey Amateur Radio Society club room is now open on Friday evenings from 8pm. A new footpath has been made to gain access to the club from the Meteorological Radar Tower to the mast B.
