Radio Operators Cornwall is holding a series of simple skills workshops. They are free and open to non members and will be hosted at various locations across Cornwall in the coming year. On Sundays Riviera Amateur Radio Club has a net from 8pm on GB7TQ. On Wednesday there’s a net on 145.425MHz from 8pm. There is a club meeting on Thursday at the Precinct Community Centre from 7pm. For details, email rivieraarc@gmail.com

Weston Super Mare Radio Society meets on Monday from 7.30pm at Weston Super Mare Social Club. There is a net on Thursday from 8pm via GB3WB. More details from M0JOG on 0750 066 8674.

Blackmoor Vale Amateur Radio Society has a net on 144.330MHz at 7.30pm on Tuesday. Wednesday sees nets from 8pm on 28.360MHz and from 9pm on 70.425MHz. Details are available on the website.

Guernsey ARS has a net on Tuesday from 8pm on 145.525MHz. On Thursday the open DMR net is from 8pm on GB7GY on talkgroup 23515, time slot 1. The club meets at the Bunker, Beau Sejour Leisure Centre from 7.30pm on Friday. Everyone is welcome. Details from Tom, 2U0TKB, on 0778 140 5083.

Isle of Avalon Amateur Radio Club has a net on Tuesday from 8pm on 433.475MHz. Wednesday sees a net from 8pm on 145.475MHz and on Thursday there’s a Zoom meeting from 8.30pm. Friday sees a club meeting at site 2. Details from Matt, 2E0FNT, on 0730 554 9614.

On Sunday Torbay Amateur Radio Society Club nets: 14.270MHz 9.30am, 145.575MHz 12 noon. On Wednesday the nets are around 14.270MHz at 9.30am and around 3.663MHz at 10.30am. On Friday there is a meeting at 7.30pm. This is followed by a club net around 3.663MHz at 9.15pm. On Saturday the net is around 3.663MHz at 10am. Exmoor Radio Club has a net on Wednesdays at 8pm on 144.260MHz SSB, vertically polarised. On Fridays there is a net at 8pm starting on 145.500MHz FM and then moving to a free simplex channel. On Sundays there is a net at 9.30am on 1.860MHz, +/- QRM, and this is immediately followed by a net at 10.30am on 144.260MHz SSB, again vertically polarised. All are welcome to join in.
