Just a reminder that all UK amateurs are required to revalidate their licence with Ofcom at least every five years. If it has been a while since you did that, go to ofcom.org.uk/manage-your-licence or email spectrum.licensing@ofcom.org.uk. The process doesn’t take very long.

Torbay Amateur Radio Society will be running another Foundation Course after Easter. Prospective candidates should check out www.tars.org.uk and make contact with the training team. The club has a net today and next Sunday on 14.270MHz at 9.30am and 145.575MHz at 12 noon. There is an 80m net from 10.30am on Monday, followed by Top Band at 8pm and one on 50.155MHz at 8.30pm. On Wednesday there’s a 20m net at 9.30am and on 80m from 10.30am. Friday sees a business meeting at 7.30pm plus a club net on 80m at 9.15pm. Saturday’s net is from 10am on 80m.
