We start with advance notice that Sidmouth Amateur Radio Society will be starting a Foundation course on Tuesday the 16th of February. Full details are on their website, www.sidmouthars.org.uk.

Today and next Sunday North Bristol Amateur Radio Club is holding an open net on GB3BS from 7pm. Friday sees a relax and chat evening. Details from Mat, G7FBD, via email to g7fbd@gb3bs.com.

The SouthWest Cluster is holding further experimental nets on the DMR Network, Slot 2, Talk Group 950, from 6pm tonight and next Sunday, operating simultaneously on GB7AA, GB7BS, GB7FI, GB7TC, GB7JB, GB7SD and GB7DR and, when internet connections are established to the sites, GB7CW, GB7KT and GB7MJ. The organisers wish to point out that the SouthWest Cluster network is independent of the DMR-marc network.
