We start with news of a new club.

Auchtermuchty Radio Group will launch itself on Friday with a bring-and-buy sale, talks and a flea market. The launch event takes place from 7.30pm at the Upper Town Hall, High Street, Auchtermuchty KY14 7AP and admittance to the event is £3. West of Scotland Amateur Radio Society has a meeting of the Solder Group this Sunday, plus taking part in the RSGB AFS 80m and 40m SSB Contest. On Wednesday there’s a meeting of the Solder Group. Friday sees a talk Taking the Heat out of a Situation by Barry, GM0KZX. Next Saturday it’s the RSGB AFS 80m and 40m Data Contest, plus a meeting of the Solder Group.
