Representation Team

We represent Members’ interests in using the amateur spectrum, both nationally and internationally

In the UK, we work with the regulator Ofcom and professional bodies with an interest in wireless. We also provide advice on planning-permission related matters.

Internationally, we represent amateurs at the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) and are present at major decision-making events such as the World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRC) and International Special Committee on Radio Interference (CISPR).

Our work is carried out by committees of volunteer experts and spectrum managers.
