DX News – 14 June 2015
Strumble Head DX & Contest Group is travelling to Ramsey Island, IOTA EU-124 from 19 to 22 June with three stations on the air. The usual DX Code of Conduct rules will be adhered to and the regular QSL route is via M0URX. Please do not send your card to them via the bureau as they do not need your card, but use Tim’s online request service, OQRS, to get your card sent this way free of charge – or request direct and donate a couple of dollars to assist with their costs.
A group of four US amateurs will operate as VP2MKV from Montserrat, NA-103, from the 10th to the 18th of June. They will be active on all bands from 80m to 2m on SSB, CW and RTTY. QSLs go to N0KV.
Chris, F4WBN has returned to the Niger Republic and is on the air as 5U5U. Look for him until the 16th of June on the 6 to 40m bands, mainly SSB with some RTTY. QSL via his home call.
A team of three operators will be on the air as D4C from Sao Vicente Island, IOTA AF-086, from the 15th to the 22nd of June. QSL via IZ4DPV.
A group of operators will be on the air as 6M6M from the Gyeonggi Province in the Republic of Korea from the 19th of June to the 31st of July. Activity will be on 6 meters using CW, SSB, FM and digital modes. QSL via HL2UVH.
John, WA4PSO and Sean, N5PV will be on the air as KP2/homecalls from St Croix in the US Virgin Islands from the 16th to the 23rd of June. Activity will be holiday style on the HF bands using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK31. QSL via N5PV.
