RSGB Board announces Director liaison roles

Following the RSGB 2025 AGM on Saturday 12 April 2025, a brief Board meeting was held. The Board elected Stewart Bryant, G3YSX to continue in the role of Board Chair and Peter Bowyer, G4MJS to continue as Vice Chair. Both will remain in these roles until the 2026 AGM. RSGB shares original 1925 IARU formation announcement

World Amateur Radio Day is on Friday, 18 April 2025. On the same day in 1925 the International Amateur Radio Union was formed in Paris. To celebrate this the RSGB has shared a T & R Bulletin from 1925 that details the original announcement about the IARU’s formation.
