The OPS-2m-NW Net is a regular VHF simplex net for licensed amateur radio operators across North West England, organised and run by the M0KKN Club.

The net takes place fortnightly on 145.500MHz at 7.30pm. Operators are asked to QSY as directed by the net controller.

All licence levels are welcome to join in.

Barnsley and District Amateur Radio Club has a Club meeting on Wednesday from 7pm at Oaks WMC in Ardsley. There is an open net on Thursday from 7pm on 144.5625MHz.

Bishop Auckland Amateur Radio Club meets on Thursdays from 7.30pm at Stanley Crook Village Hall.

Bury Radio Society’s net on 144.550MHz FM on Sundays starts at 6pm. An operating night takes place on Tuesday.

There is a DMR net using the TGIF network, Talk Group 1938 on Thursdays from 8pm. Everyone is welcome.

Central Lancashire Amateur Radio Club has a net on 433.425MHz FM running all day, every day. All amateurs are welcome to join in.

Chester and District Radio Society has a net from 11.30am on Sundays on 145.50MHz. On Mondays, a net on 3.65MHz LSB starts at 7.30pm.

On Tuesday there is a net on 7.136MHz LSB from 11.30am. There is also an outdoor activity event. On Wednesday from 11.30am there is a net GB7WH from 11.30am.

On Thursday, the net moves to 5.3985MHz USB from 11.30am. The net on Friday is on 144.300MHz USB from 9pm. Members will be taking part in the 145 Alive event next Sunday, 12 July.

Isle of Man Amateur Radio Society will be operating from a booth during Tynwald Day tomorrow, 6 July from 9am to 5pm.

Regular meetings resume on the normal schedule with the next meeting on Wednesday, 15 July at the Ballasalla shack. The next social meeting will be on 30 Julyh at the Creg-ny-baa.

The regular Sunday net is held at 4pm, following the GB2RS news bulletin, on the GB3IM repeater network. All are welcome to join in.
