RESOLVED – Membership Services login URL issue

A fix has now been applied to the DNS issue affecting rsgbmembers.services.
This kind of update can take up to 24 hours to propagate across the internet, but normally comes into effect much sooner than that.
If you are still experiencing issues tomorrow (10 January 2026) please try clearing your browser cache, and if you still can’t login to Membership Services, please post a support ticket at rsgb.org/helpdesk and we’ll look into it further.
We are aware of a DNS issue affecting the URL to Membership Services login – https://rsgbmembers.services
This will affect logins on the Publications portal and the mobile app.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and our technical team are working on the issue now.
In the meantime, you may still access Membership Services through the URL variant https://www.rsgbmembers.services and we have temporarily rerouted the main navigation menu link.
