Connectivity issue was found to be on-site and hardware-related.
IT staff have now resolved the issue.

RSGB HQ is experiencing an internet connectivity issue this morning, which is affecting our systems.
Please be aware there may be delays in answering phone calls and emails, and some HQ-based services may be unavailable.
Our service provider is currently investigating, and we will update this post as soon as we know more.
