RSGB Board – August key messages
Following its meeting in August, the RSGB Board has shared these key messages:
- Budget Setting – Board started the process of preparing the 2026 Budget
- Strategy – Board decided to review the activities flowing from each workstream to try and select those which might be delivered within the available resources and to decide measurables, timescales and who would carry out the work
- President Bob Beebe, GU4YOX had spent a day at the RSGB National Radio Centre. He had met the volunteers and many members of the public as they passed through the Centre
- Board welcomed the decisions of the Legacy Committee to fund an AI-based noise reduction system and inclusivity ARDF equipment
