RSGB Editions Terms and Conditions

Digital editions of RadCom and its sister publications can be viewed using the RSGB app, available online and via the Apple App and Google Play stores.

These terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with our information about RadCom.

1. Introduction

Welcome to the digital magazines of the Radio Society of Great Britain (RSGB). By accessing, browsing, or subscribing to our digital content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Membership and Subscription

2.1 Access to the digital magazines is available to active members of the RSGB. If your RSGB membership subscription lapses, you will no longer be able to access digital editions of RadCom, RadCom Basics and RadCom Plus.

2.2 Membership subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Content Usage

3.1 All content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3.2 Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any material without prior written consent from the RSGB is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content, including articles, images, and design, is the property of the RSGB or its content suppliers.

4.2 Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The RSGB provides content “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6.2 The RSGB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the digital magazines.

6.3 The RSGB tries to ensure continuous availability of the RSGB app but accepts no responsibility for the consequences of any interruptions or delays, however caused.

7.2 Continued use of the digital magazines constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
