COMPLETED – Website services scheduled downtime

UPDATE 13.00 10/01/2024

The scheduled works have now completed and the RSGB websites are back in normal operation.

On Wednesday, 10 January 2024 a third-party service provider is replacing essential infrastructure

This will cause interruption and downtime to a number of services provided by the RSGB website.

The services affected are listed below.

RSGB Members Bletchley Park free admissions voucher
Online NoV applications
Club Finder and Course and Exam Finder maps and update forms
Online digital publications (RadCom, RadCom Basics and RadCom Plus)
QSL submanagers list
RSGB website site search
National Radio Centre (NRC) website

The work is scheduled to take place between 08.00 and 13.00 on Wednesday, 10 January 2024.

If you have problems accessing these services at this time, please do not raise an IT support ticket, but come back after 13.00 once the work has been completed.

If the work scheduling changes, or there is any over-run, we will post updates on this page.
