Carmarthen Amateur Radio Society is holding an Extraordinary General Meeting at the Cwmduad Hall on Tuesday 17 January from 6.30pm onwards to elect a new Chair and Vice Chairperson and to consider enacting two amendments to the constitution of the club. All paid-up members of the club are urged to attend this Extraordinary General Meeting to ensure a quorum of members is present. Accordingly, there will be no 2m FM net on GB3FG that evening. Carmarthen Amateur Radio Society is also holding three other regular nets this week: a 2m FM net on GB3FG on Thursday starting at 8pm; a 70cm FM net on GB3CM on Wednesday starting 7.30pm and an 80m SSB net, conditions permitting, on Sunday starting at 2.30pm.
