Wales Digital Radio Group will be active throughout the month using GB8RNLI raising awareness of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution around our shores by the many volunteers who provide 24-hour rescue service in the UK and Ireland.
Barry Amateur Radio Society meets each Tuesday from 7.30pm at the Sully Sports and Social Club. There is a club net on Wednesday from 8pm on 144.550MHz. On Friday, there is a Zoom meeting at 7pm hosted by Glyn, GW0ANA. Please contact Steve, 2W0VOG on 0790 056 0080.
Newport Amateur Radio Society has a net on Sundays around 3.705MHz from 10am. On Tuesday there is a net on 145.375MHz from 8pm. There is a club night from 7pm on Thursday. gw4ezw.org.uk/contact-us/.
Carmarthen ARS is holding a face-to-face ‘on air and social night’ meeting on Tuesday starting at 6.30pm. No 2m FM net via GB3FG will be held on Tuesday. On Wednesday the net is via GB3CM at 7.30pm, then via GB3FG on Thursday at 8pm. There is an 80m SSB net on Sunday starting at 2.30pm. Andy, GW0JLX on 07768 282880.
