Due to the Christmas break, several clubs that would normally have meetings this week are closed; these include Bolton Wireless Club, Macclesfield and District Radio Society, Sheffield Amateur Radio Club, Chester and District Radio Society, Sheffield and District Wireless Society, South Manchester Radio and Computer Club, Thornton Cleveleys Amateur Radio Society, Isle of Man Amateur Radio Society and Tynemouth Amateur Radio Club.
Denby Dale Radio Club has its net via GB3HD from 10.30am this Sunday and next Sunday. Wednesday sees a film night. Contact Darran, G0BWB, on 0797 442 3227.
Oldham Radio Club has a club D-Star net—REF 14B from 9.30am this Sunday. Wednesday sees the 2m FM net from 8pm.There’s no meeting on Thursday. Next Sunday it’s the C4FM net, FCS004-55, from 9.30am. Contact Mike, M1CVL, on 0740 276 3203.
Halifax and District Amateur Radio Society has its club net on Wednesday on GB3HD from 7.30pm. Thursday sees a joint net with RAFARS on 145.350MHz from 7pm. Contact Martin, M0GQB, on 01422 341 317.
