Risca and District Amateur Radio Society announces a Foundation course to commence on Tuesday 2 February. It will take place at St John Ambulance Hall, Risca, near Newport NP116BY from 7 to 9pm. The course concludes on 29 March. Admission is free on the first night but fees apply thereafter.
