The Chippenham and District ARC mini indoor rally will be held today, 19 October, at Neston Village Hall, Pool Green, Neston, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 9SN. Sellers have access from 9am, buyers from 10am. Details on the day from 07584 054 924.

The Holsworthy Amateur Radio Rally takes place today, 19 October, at Holsworthy Community College, Victoria Hill, Holsworthy EX22 6JD. Details from Howard, M0MYB, m0omc@yahoo.co.uk.

The Fog on the Tyne Rally is being held on 25 October, opening at 10.30am at the Whitehall Road Methodist Church Hall, Bensham, Gateshead NE8 4LH. There will be trade stands, a bring-and-buy as well as an RSGB book stall. Details from Nancy, G7UUR on 07990 760920.

The GQRP Club Convention takes place on 25 October at Rishworth School, Ripponden, West Yorkshire, not far from Junction 22 of the M62 motorway. A growing feature is the Bring-a-Book-Buy-a-Book-event. Visitors are invited to bring with them at least one book for re-sale and to, perhaps, buy another to take away. Last year this raised several hundred pounds for the BBC Children in Need Appeal thanks to the donation of some rare and many quality books.

Poole Radio Society Table Sale will be held on 25 October in the Old Chapel Hall, Cabot Lane, Creekmoor, Poole, Dorset BH17 7BX. Doors open from 9.30am to 1pm and entry is 50p. More information from Bill Coombes, G4ERV on 01202 246 515.
