Rallies and Events News – 17 August 2014

The Rugby Amateur Transmitting Society Annual Radio Rally will take place at Princethorpe College, Princethorpe, Rugby CV23 9PX today, 17th August. More details from Stephen, G8LYB on 01788 578 940.

Also today, the 17th, the 2nd South Manchester Radio Club Summer Radio Car Boot Sale will be held at Trafford Metrovicks Rugby and Cricket Club, Finnybank Road, Sale, Cheshire M33 6LR. On 24th August, Milton Keynes ARS Rally will be held at Longueville Hall, Hammond Park, Whaddon Road, Newton Longville, Milton Keynes MK17 0AT. Visitors can combine a visit to the rally with one to Bletchley Park and visit the National Radio Centre as well. There is a car park and doors open at 10am with entry costing £3. August Bank Holiday Monday, the 25th, sees the Huntingdonshire ARS Rally take place at St Neots Community College, Barford Road, St Neots PE19 2SH. Doors open at 10am and admission is £2.
