Clive Whelan, GW3NJW, 21 November 2013

After a long battle with illness, Clive Whelan, GW3NJW passed away on 21 November 2013.

First licensed in the early 60’s, Clive developed a passion for CW and was admitted to FOC. A keen contest operator for many years before his illness made operating too difficult, Clive developed a superb SO2R station and he will be remembered throughout the worlds contest community for his superb operating and immaculate high speed CW.
