RSGB IT Helpdesk still very busy
We have been very busy again this week, so unfortunately we have not been able to process as much of the support ticket backlog as we expected.
However, we are continuing to answer queued tickets as fast as we can and now expect to reach most outstanding cases by Monday at the latest.
