RSGB IT Helpdesk situation now improving
While the RSGB IT Helpdesk remains busy, the situation is now improving, with a large number of queued tickets answered over the past week
We appreciate that we haven’t got to everyone yet, and that some of you have been waiting a considerable length of time, but we are aiming to close all the remaining queued tickets by the end of this week.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this delay, which is caused by continuing high demand for this service.
