World Cup awards

The Russian organisers have made five awards available for working World Cup special event stations

• Marathon Award
  Bronze, silver and gold certificates available for making 100, 250 or 500 contacts with official FIFA World Cup stations. Multiple contacts with the same station are allowed on different bands and/or modes.
• World Award
  A single award for working any 40 of the FIFA World Cup stations. Only one contact per country is allowed.
• Participant Award
  A single award for working any 20 of the FIFA World Cup stations located in 32 countries who are participating in the finals.
• Russia Award
  A single award for working 25 of 32 special ‘R18***’ stations located in the host country but representing the 32 countries who are participating in the finals.
• Cities Award
  A single award for working all 11 special ‘RC18***’ stations located in the cities where the finals games will be hosted.

Contacts can be made on the following bands: 160m, 80m, 40m, 30m, 20m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m, 6m, 2 m, 70 cm and can be made using any mode (CW, phone, digital).
