Tony Blake, G3OFW (SK)
Sadly Tony Blake passed away on the 15th March 2018, aged 84. He had a lifelong fascination with radio and electronics stemming from his time in the Royal Signals as a radio operator in the 1950s. Tony saw action in Korea and in Egypt during the Suez Crisis, and while stationed in Cyprus he operated as ZC4TB.
Dad was a long time member of the RSGB and the Chiltern DX Club (CDXC), he was an excellent operator and highly talented electronics engineer.
He will be much missed by his friends and family.
